Outstanding balances for 2012 annual dues have been loaded to the DVCMember.com website.
Members can log-onto the web portal to view outstanding balances. The amounts displayed will take into account all oustanding balances and credits. Adjustments for the 2011 property taxes will also be reflected. Annual resort budgets include an estimate of the ad valorem taxes with adjustments applied after the final tax values have been assessed by each county.
To view dues balances, log onto DVCMember.com and click on "My Membership" then "Annual Dues."
Lump sum payments are due by January 15, 2012 with a 30 day grace period provided. Failure to pay dues in a timely manner can result in the suspension of one's account and cancellation of pending reservations.
Members paying via monthly direct debit will see their payment amounts adjusted in early 2012. Note that there is often a lag in processing of the January payment while member accounts are updated.
