The Hawai`i Experience requires new purchasers to buy a real estate interest in a select Disney Vacation Club® Resort equal to 160 vacation points and, if financing, make monthly loan installments for up to 7 months (based on down payment and length of loan) before receiving the accommodations; and current Members to purchase an Add On equal to 150 vacation points and, if financing, make monthly loan installments for up to 8 months (based on down payment and length of loan) before receiving the accommodations.
