Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa has now joined the likes of Disney's BoardWalk Villas and Disney's Beach Club Villas in having all promoational incentives discontinued. However, points are still available at an attractive price.
Disney Vacation Club is currently offering Saratoga Springs points for just $90 per point (closing costs and other fees apply to some purchases.) DVC begain selling points at Saratoga Springs back in 2003. Points became scarce in the summer of 2008 as the first three phases of the resort's development were complete. However, sales re-opened in 2009 with the addition of the Treehouse Villas.
Despite the existence of a sizeable point inventory, sales at Saratoga Springs have lagged as marketing efforts have focused on the Bay Lake Tower, Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas and the Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel.
Saratoga Springs ownership runs through January 31, 2054.
