Last week Disney Vacation Club members were given details on the new feature pool being constructed at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa.  This sort of continued development of an existing resort is not unprecedented.  In the past DVC has undertaken similar projects like the addition of a pool slide at Disney's Old Key West resort and even the expansion of bus stops at the Animal Kingdom Villas' Kidani Village.

Disney Vacation Club resorts offer a wide variety of recreation alternatives for guests.  From the pools of Stormalong Bay to the Lake Buena Vista golf course, some members have been known to spurn the Disney theme parks and simply enjoy all their resort has to offer.

DVC resorts offer a wide variety of pastimes including swimming, boating, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, golf, playground facilities, arts & crafts and much more.

Despite Disney's best efforts, sometimes it takes a bit more than pixie dust to address problems which arise during one's vacation.  Fortunately there are a number of different outlets available to members to help solve their issues, ranging from the resort staff (management, housekeeping, etc.) to a dedicated Member Satisfaction department within Disney Vacation Club itself.
