While Disney's Aulani resort in Hawai'i has been in the works for several years now, the last several weeks have finally given us the opportunity to view points charts, purchase prices and annual dues calculations for the resort.
Most indivdiuals have limits to the number of Disney Vacation Club points that they own (or hope to purchase!) Limitations include the number of days they wish to spend at a DVC resort annually, number of days they are able to spend at a resort (vacation time, school schedules, etc.) and, of course, financial resources.
With Disney Vacation Club wrapping-up sales at the Grand Califorian, and Aulani sales about to begin, we begin to wonder where the nest west coats development might be located. Disneyland hotel? New resort at Disneyland? Off-site location?
Disney Vacation Club hosts a number of recurring member events which also serve as low-key sales presentations. For instance, on a weekly basis they host the Welcome Home Wednesdays events at the BoardWalk. Disney Cruise Line guests are given several opportunities to attend member meetings which also have a sales element. In recent months DVC has even been hosting daily member tours at the Bay Lake Tower.
