Problems are inevitable, even during Disney Vacation Club visits. It could be something as simple as a missing kitchen utensil or a light bulb in need of replacement...or a more serious issue like substandard housekeeping or broken appliances.
Disney resorts are typically very responsive and accommodating when it comes to correcting problems. But first guests must actually make some effort to bring the problems to their attention.
