DVCNews Debates: Sales tactic

Prices for Disney Vacation Club points purchased direct from Disney keep climbing higher.  With the gap between direct and resale pricing growing wider, it makes less and less sense to purchase points from Disney.  

Perhaps some new sales incentive or perk could change buyers minds.  

Topic: Short of lowering prices, is there any promotion or perk which would give you added reason to consider a direct purchase?
