On June 24, Disney Vacation Club plans to increase prices at both Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas and the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Before that increase occurs, buyers can benefit from improved incentives on Aulani purchases or add-ons.
Newly announced incentives for Aulani discount the $155 retail price by up to $9 per point along with a $3500 Developer Credit for current owners and $3200 credit for new buyers. Complete incentives are as follows:

$155 per point less $2 per point incentive AND $1250 Developer Credit; 100-149 points
$155 per point less $4 per point incentive AND $1750 Developer Credit; 150-199 points
$155 per point less $6 per point incentive AND $2750 Developer Credit; 200-299 points
$155 per point less $8 per point incentive AND $3200 Developer Credit; 300-999 points
$155 per point less $9 per point incentive AND $3200 Developer Credit; 1000+ points
Current Member Add-On
$155 per point; 25-49 points
$155 per point less $500 Developer Credit; 50-99 points
$155 per point less $2 per point incentive AND $1500 Developer Credit; 100-149 points
$155 per point less $4 per point incentive AND $2000 Developer Credit; 150-199 points
$155 per point less $6 per point incentive AND $3000 Developer Credit; 200-299 points
$155 per point less $8 per point incentive AND $3500 Developer Credit; 300-999 points
$155 per point less $9 per point incentive AND $3500 Developer Credit; 1000+ points
These rates are a moderate improvement over the incentive program which expired earlier this week. Previously a new purchase of 200 points was discounted by $2 per point with a $1600 Developer Credit. That same purchase is now subject to a $6 per point reduction and $2750 credit.
A 200-point member add-on now receives $6 per point discount and $3000 credit vs. $3 and $1600 previously.
Developer's Points are no longer being offered as a purchase incentive.

On June 25, base prices for Aulani will increase from $155 to $160 per point. On the same date, the price of points at the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will increase from $155 to $165 per point--an increase of 6.5%.
No incentives have ever been offered for Grand Floridian purchases and with the resort nearly 50% sold, it's increasingly unlikely that the property will ever be discounted.
