With little advance notice, the quick service dining venue at Disney's Beach Club Villas will soon close for upgrades. 

The popular pool complex at Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts will soon reopen to hotel guests and Disney Vacation Club members. 

While the Disney Vacation Club resorts at Walt Disney World are up and running, many of their hotel counterparts are set for extended closures. This may impact availability of certain amenities at those resorts. 

How busy will it be at Disney's Beach Club Villas without Stormalong Bay operating? Early answer: it's pretty quiet.

Disney has updated a number of resort policies related to pool availability, fitness centers and resort activities.
