Reunion Station Opening Date Confirmed

Reunion Station at Disney's Wilderness Lodge will officially open on April 30, 2018.  Reservations for its paid activities will be accepted beginning earlier in the month.

Reunion Station will be home to a number of paid and free activities for Disney Vacation Club members.  

Registered guests staying at Boulder Ridge Villas or Copper Creek Villas & Cabins can participate in the paid concierge services.  The lounge will be available from 7-10am daily, serving continental breakfast and 4-6pm with a selection of beers, wines, cheeses, salads, soups, desserts and more.  The cost to participate in this paid offering is $50 per adult and $33 per child age 3-9, per night of the stay.  The food and beverage lounge access must be purchased for every night of the stay and for every guest listed on the reservation.  



In the afternoon hours, Reunion Station will host a variety of member workshops including:

  • Beverage Tasting Series:  Mondays from 1:30 - 3:00pm beginning May 7.  Different cocktails will be featured each week.  A small plate food offering is included with beverages.
  • Phone Photography:  Tuesdays from 1:30 - 3:00pm beginning May 8. A workshop in smartphone photography, highlighting techniques for capturing fireworks, family poses and more.  
  • Animation 101: Thursdays from 1:30 - 3:00pm beginning May 10.  Lead by Disney animator Todd Bright, the session covers animation history and techniques, with participants creating their own flip book.

The workshops are priced at $40 per person, per day, and are open to all Disney Vacation Club owners qualifying for Membership Magic, regardless of the resort at which they are staying.

Finally, from 7:00 - 10:00pm daily, Reunion Station will host a member mingle.  A DVC staffer will be on hand to answer questions.  This event is complimentary for all qualifying owners, regardless of booked resort.
