Over the upcoming Memorial Day weekend, Disneyland will play host to a "Getaway Days" promotional event designed to showcase the Disney Vacation Club to west coast residents. As previously reported, our sources indicate that model rooms for the Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Resort will open to guests for the first time at this event.
Now comes word that the Getaway Days event will be open to both current DVC members and non-members alike.
DISNEYLAND® RESORT TO HOST DISNEY VACATION CLUB GETAWAY DAYS MAY 24-26
Disney Vacation Club Getaway Days will welcome Guests "home" to an immersive travel expo at Disney's Paradise Pier® Hotel May 24-26 from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. daily. A world of vacation possibilities will help bring the event to life, showcasing dream vacation options available through the magic of Disney Vacation Club Membership, from Disney Parks experiences and Disney Cruise Line® voyages to Adventures by Disney guided vacations and visits to the more than 500 "beyond-Disney" destinations available to Members across the globe.
And, of course, what would a Disney event be without some fun photo opportunities and special appearances by a certain mouse?
The event is open to the public, and admission is free.
