Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa will receive some dining enhancements in the near future, as will the Disneyland Hotel.
In spring 2019, the Grand Californian will welcome a new poolside bar facility. The bar will mirror the resort's Arts and Crafts feel with seating beneath a trellis structure and a tile mural on the bar back. The venue will serve light appetizers along with a variety of refreshing beverages.
White Water Snacks is also scheduled to close soon for renovations. Hearthstone Lounge will offer light food and beverage options during the refurbishment.
Meanwhile at the nearby Disneyland Hotel, Tangaroa Terrace will close for several months for renovations. In early 2019 it will reopen as Tangaroa Terrace, Tropical Bar and Grill. The updated venue will feature a new bar & outdoor patio, serving drinks and asian-inspired cuisine. Food service will be available for breakfast, lunch and dinner, while a dedicated service window will offer coffee in the morning and Dole Whip later in the day.
During the refurbishment, The Coffee House, Trader Sam's Enchanted Tiki Bar and Steakhouse 55 will provide additional food and beverage service.
