Several Disney Vacation Club properties are set to get busier this summer as their hotel counterparts reopen to guests. The latest is Disney's BoardWalk Inn.
Hotel rooms at the BoardWalk Inn are set to reopen on July 2, 2021. While the resort's Disney Vacation Club villas resumed operations back in June 2020, the hotel rooms have remained shutterd since the March 2020 shut-down prompted by COVID-19.
Other resorts with scheduled reopening dates include Disney's Beach Club Resort on May 30 and Disney's Wilderness Lodge on June 6. Disney's Polynesian Village Resort is in the midst of an extensive refurbishment, with projected reopening slated for late-July 2021.
Jambo House at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge & Villas is the sole DVC property whose hotel rooms have no announced reopening date. Other Walt Disney World resorts on which no updates have been revealed include Disney's All Star Music Resort, Disney's All Star Sports Resort, Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter and Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside.
