The last scheduled pool refurbishment for winter 2013 has been completed.
Maintenance work on the Bay Cove Pool at Disney's BoardWalk Inn and Villas has been completed. Reports indicate the pool reopened on March 5...several dates later than the estimated reopening on March 2.
The BoardWalk refurbishment was the last on Disney's annual calendar which impacted no fewer than six Disney Vacation Club resorts at Walt Disney World. The winter months are often used to perform maintenance on swimming facilities in light of the moderate weather conditions.
No significant changes have been made to the Bay Cove Pool.
