Nine floors down...six to go!
Framing work continues to progress at a furious pace on the new Kingdom Tower structure. But with a fall 2009 projected opening (according to construction permits), there is still quite a bit to be done.
This post contains a number of recent construction photos, as well as some interior shots of the recently-renovated Contemporary Tower.
First-up is a shot of the southernmost section of the new building...the part closest to the current A-frame Contemporary Tower. Note the tall pylons on the far right which appear to be in place to support the suspended walkway between the two structures...
