Disneyland may lack the MagicBands and FastPass+ of its sister resort in Florida, but that hasn't stopped Disney from adding impressive features to the Resort's mobile app.

With the latest update to the official Disneyland smartphone app, guests can now make dining reservations at applicable restaurants within Disneyland, Disney California Adventure and the surrounding Disney hotels.
The feature offers several filter options to narrow searches by location, cusine and ultimately preferred dining time. Disneyland restaurants do now require a credit card guarantee in order to secure reservations, similar to Walt Disney World dining establishments.

Other features currently available in the Disneyland app include attraction wait times, character locator, PhotoPass photography spots and park entertainment schedules.
