The new poolside bar and grill has made its debut at the west coast Disney Vacation Club resort.

Nearly a year after its September 2018 announcement, Disney has taken the wraps off GCH Craftsman Bar & Grill at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.
The new facility--which combines an expansive pool bar with outdoor dining space--is dubbed GCH Craftsman Bar. The features the familiar Arts & Crafts design, inspired by the Gamble House in Pasadena, California.

The Disney Parks Blog recently shared some of the new cuisine offered at the bar. Included are a Shawarma Chicken Skewer, Garlic-Soy-glazed Chicken Wings, Black Angus Flat Iron Steak Salad and Cali Sliders. Dessert selections include a Root Beer Float, Waffle Churro Sundae and Salted Chocolate Chip Cookie Fingers. Kids have six entrees to choose from like Parmesan-Crusted Grilled Cheese and Salmon Filet.
Among the bar's signature cocktails are the Craftsman Garden Cocktail, the Prickly Pear Rose and the Pineapple Ginger Margarita.
Nearby the renovated White Water Snacks has been renamed GCH Craftsman Grill. This location will continue to serve a variety of traditional favorites for breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with grab-and-go items, beverages and snacks.

Note the resort's pool is available only to registered guests. However GCH Craftsman Bar & Grill are open to the public.
