More than a month after mailing and posting digital copies of the 2017 budgets for most DVC properties, the figures for Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas have finally been released.

According to the proposed budget--which was ratified at last week's 2016 Condominium Association Meeting--dues for the 2017 calendar year will total $7.0297 per point. This figure represents a 3.5% increase over the 2016 rate of $6.7913 per point.
The total dues consist of $5.6458 per point to cover operating expenses, $.8884 for Captial Reserves and $.4955 for property taxes.
In 2016, owners paid $5.4811 for operating costs, $.8315 toward reserves and $.4787 for taxes.
Owners who purchased prior to July 27, 2011 will receive a developer subsidy of $1.747 per point, lowering their dues obligation to just $5.2827 per point.
Aulani owners who have not received a printed copy of the budget detail may wish to contact Disney Vacation Club to make a request. At this time, digital copies do not yet appear to be available via the DVC member website.
