The Saana Restaurant at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas Kidani Village is now offering a quick service breakfast featuring hot entrees as well as select grab-and-go items.
The hot entrees include typical fare such as eggs any style, bacon, and sausage, plus choices with an African flair, such as fruit sosatie, Tanzanian hash browns, coconut Johnny cakes and tomato chutney. Even Mickey waffles are on the menu. Prices range from $4.99 to $10.99 for the hot entrees.
As with other Disney quick service restaurants, guests order their food before selecting their table. But in keeping with its African theme, Saana uses little toy safari animals as table markers. These animals help the servers get the right order to the right table. While waiting for their food, diners can watch the real animals on the Sunset Savanna.
For those guests who don’t want to eat at the restaurant, the hot entrees can be ordered for carry out. There is also a wide variety of grab-and-go items, including fruit plates, yogurt, pastries, coffee, tea, milk and juices.
Breakfast is served in the Saana restaurant from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM every morning. For guests using one of the Disney Dining Plans, the hot entree items require one Quick Service credit. Guests staying at Jambo House at Animal Kingdom Lodge can use the free shuttle service.

There was a wide range of grab-and-go items to choose from as you entered the restaurant:
After you ordered your hot entrees, the cast member gave you a toy animal to serve as a table marker. The little kids at the next table loved playing with these animals.
A bonus feature about breakfast at Saana is that the views are amazing -- assuming you don't mind being stared at while enjoying your breakfast:

The article in the link above also mentions the Grab 'n Go offerings. We ate at this QS twice in October and it was excellent both times.
