Disney's Rivera Resort and Disney's Beach Club Villas are just two of the Disney Vacation Club properties that will soon benefit from the airborne transportation system.
Less than two weeks before its public debut, Disney has shared video of guests testing the new Skyliner travel pods.
The video showcases some of the unique views of Walt Disney World guests will soon enjoy from the sky. For the first time we get a look at the cabin interiors, Skyliner stations, boarding process and more.
Five stations are positioned throughout the system, located at:
- Epcot's International Gateway
- Disney's Hollywood Studios
- Disney's Riviera Resort
- Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort
- A shared station between Disney's Art of Animation Resort and Disney's Pop Century Resort
The Skyliner provides guests staying at as many as nine Walt Disney World resorts--including the five BoardWalk-area locations--with a new alternative for accessing both Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios. It also opens up new options for guests to shop and dine at neighboring resorts.
Disney's Skyliner is scheduled to open on Sunday, September 29, 2019.
