Reports from many Disney Vacation Club members suggest that wait times at DVC Member Services have grown considerably in recent months. It seems rare for a call to be answered immediately. Typical wait times can range from 10 minutes to 30 minutes or more.
The extended waits may be attibutable to seasonal increases in phone traffic, questions about the MyMagic+ program, new Membership Magic programs bookable through Member Services and other factors.
