Despite Disney's best efforts, sometimes it takes a bit more than pixie dust to address problems which arise during one's vacation. Fortunately there are a number of different outlets available to members to help solve their issues, ranging from the resort staff (management, housekeeping, etc.) to a dedicated Member Satisfaction department within Disney Vacation Club itself.
