Disney Vacation Club has delayed the second reservation opportunity for Epcot Moonlight Magic events in 2020.
On Wednesday, March 18, Disney Vacation Club had planned to accept additional reservations for the two Epcot events of 2020. That booking opportunity has now been delayed until Thursday, April 16, 2020.
Those with Walt Disney World hotel reservtions on May 4 and June 29--the scheduled nights of the two Moonlight Magic events--were able to book a week ago. This second booking opporunity was designed to offer remaining event capacity to owners without hotel reserva
Walt Disney World is currently closed at least through the end of March due to Coronavirus concerns.
The CDC is currently recommending a ban on events with more than 50 partcipants for the next 8 weeks. The first Epcot night is scheduled to fall within that restricted period.
Disney Vacation Club has not announced any changes to the Moonlight Magic schedule for 2020. Those who have previously secured reservations for a 2020 event should consider them valid until informed otherwise.
