Beginning at 9am Eastern on Wednesday, January 8, Disney Vacation Club members can register for one of three Moonlight Magic events at the Magic Kingdom park in 2020.
On March 3, April 21 and April 28, 2020, Disney Vacation Club will host after-hours Moonlight Magic parties at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom.
Online registration opens Wednesday 1/8 at 9:00am Eastern for owners with confirmed hotel reservations on the night of the event. To register visit THIS PAGE (click for link)) and be prepared with your Disney Vacation Club membership information and hotel reservation number.
Members with confirmed hotel reservations can register for themselves and their entire traveling party (i.e. a member staying in a Two Bedroom villa with a total of nine guests can register all nine for Moonlight Magic.)
Event registration for those without a confirmed hotel stay will open on Wednesday, January 15 at 9am eastern. At that time, members not staying at a hotel can secure reservations for themselves and up to 3 guests, pending availability.
The March event runs from 9pm to midnight while both April dates offer late night access from 10pm to 1am. Attendees can expect shorter-than-usual wait times at most park attractions, unique Disney character meet-and-greet opportunities, free refreshments and a variety of activities.
Admission to the park is free; no other ticket media is required. On event nights, attendees can enter the park several hours before the official start--typically around 6:00pm--using only their Moonlight Magic credentials. Transportation will be provided to-and-from Disney resorts throughout the evening.
There is a limit of one Moonlight Magic event per theme park, per member, per year.
In order to be eligible for Moonlight Magic and other Membership Magic programs, individuals most own Disney Vacation Club points which were purchased directly from DVC or points acquired via the resale market prior to April 4, 2016. A DVC member ID card and photo ID must be provided at check-in.
