On Thursday, February 21, 2019, remaining capacity in two Moonlight Magic sessions at Disney's Hollywood Studios opens to all Disney Vacation Club members.
On March 20 and 27, Disney Vacation Club will host its two 2019 Moonlight Magic gatherings at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Beginning at 9:00am on Thursday, February 21, available capacity will open to owners who are not scheduled to stay at a Walt Disney World resort.
To RSVP, visit the event's online booking site (link.) The site uses a new virtual queuing system which manages registrations in a more efficient manner. Those wishing to register can begin entering the virtual queue at 9:00am eastern time.
The event was previously made available to those with hotel reservations on Thursday, February 14. Both dates reached capacity within several hours, however spaces are held back for this second booking window.
The events are free to DVC members and their guests. The exact schedule is yet to be disclosed, however owners typically receive 3 hours of exclusive access park (approximately 9m to midnight) with admission beginning around 7pm on event nights. Attendees will enjoy access to the new Toy Story Land along with other select attractions which is sure to include headliners like Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Star Tours and Rock N Rollercoaster Starring Aerosmith.
Each event will also feature complimentary refreshments, a DJ dance party and unique character meet opportunities. Transportation to and from Disney resorts is provided.
Group size is limited to the DVC member plus up to 3 guests, or their full hotel party, whichever is larger. Attendance is limited and walk-ups will not be permitted. DVC member ID and photo ID must be presented upon arrival. Only members eligible for the Membership Magic perks programs may attend.
The next Moonlight Magic events are planned for Epcot on on the nights of Monday, May 13 and May 20, 2019. Reservations begin on Wednesday, April 3 for those with confirmed hotel stays and Wednesday, April 10 for others.
