Brisk sales of Disney Vacation Club points for Copper Creek Villas & Cabins leads to reduced discounts for buyers.
Similar to the last direct purchase incentive, Disney Vacation Club's new deal features "Developer Credits" toward point purchases over a certain threshold. Developer Credits are simply a price reduction which increases along with the size of the purchase. Unfortunately for buyers interested in Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, the credits provided in this new offer are lower than the deal which expired on May 30.

These credits are noticably smaller that the prior offer which featured credits of $5000 off 250 points, $6500 off 3000 points and up to $25,000 for the buyer of 1,000 DVC points.
Meanwhile, DVC is getting more aggressive about moving its inventory at Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas with an increase in the promtional rates.

Under the offer which ended May 30, credits were identical for both resorts. What was once a $1000 price reduction for 150 points at Aulani is now $3000-4250.
Other incentive levels are available at both resorts. The Developer Credit is deducted from the balance when calculating the total payoff or amount of the purchase to be financed. The current base price is $182 per point. Down payment of 10-20% of the sale price, before credits, is required.
