According to reports, the price increase will take effect on Friday, February 19, 2016.  Included are all older Disney Vacation Club properties except Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort and Disney's Vero Beach Resort.  Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas and Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows are also excluded from this increase.

New prices by resort are as follows:

Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort:  $180 (up $10 per point)
Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas:  $160 (up $5)
Disney's Beach Club Villas: $160 (up $5)
Disney's BoardWalk Villas:  $160 (up $5)
Disney's Old Key West Resort:  $140 (up $5)
Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort:  $140 (up $5)
Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel: $180 (up $10)
Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa: $180 (up $10)
Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge: $160 (up $5)

Resorts are designated as "sold out" when Disney Vacation Club has sold the vast majority of all available ownership interests.  Disney occasionally recovers points at these older properties via foreclosures and exercising its Right of First Refusal on resale transactions.  Reacquired points are most commonly sold to current members looking to add to their current ownership interests.  New buyers are occasionally given the opportunity to buy at these resorts when points are available.

The last price adjustment for most of these properties occurred back in January 2015.

New and current members can also purchase ownership at these properties via the resale marketplace.
