John Van Meter and the Owner's Locker staff are back from another on-site report from Walt Disney World and other locations in and around Central Florida.
This report features five photographs highlighing people and places around our favorite Florida vacation spot.
Brrrrrrrrrrr, it's been cold in Orlando. Just ask the topiary geese at the entrance to Wilderness Lodge. They got a special tent courtesy of Disney Horticulture when frost was predicted.

This picture is a couple of weeks old but belongs in the category of strange things you see on the road in Orlando. Since this dino was traveling in broad daylight, I assume he/she was heading to the new T-Rex restaurant in Downtown Disney.

Work continues on the new guard house at Animal Kingdom Lodge for when Kidani Village opens. Looks like a grown up set of the Lincoln Logs I had as a kid.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas at the resorts. They've been working on the gingerbread carousel at Beach Club:

...and the gingerbread house is complete at the Grand Floridian. But there's still a piano where the tree will be:
