Gas prices, dry conditions and....tiki statues?
It's been REALLY dry in Orlando recently. People here on vacation don't want it to rain while they're here but we really need it. I passed a truck watering grass by the roadside this morning across from Downtown Disney. That's how dry it is.
I'm not sure I know what this is in the back of this Disney truck (a rain god, perhaps?) but I wasn't surprised when it turned into the Polynesian.
It's a bit sad that a sign with gas prices attracts your attention They may soon need a full-time employee just to keep changing the prices. The Hess stations on property have the lowest prices around but it still isn't pretty--particularly the diesel price (which is what the purple van runs on) OUCH.
