The Disney Vacation Club condominium association meeting takes place Thursday, December 8, 2022 at 2pm eastern. Here is how you can follow the proceedings.
DVC Board of Directors during 2021 condo meeting
For the thirteenth straight year, DVCNews.com will be reporting live from the Disney Vacation Club Condominium Association meetings.
The event will be hosted in the convention center at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Senior Vice President Bill Diercksen returns for his second meeting in front of DVC owners. During the meetings, Disney Vacation Club, Diercksen and other board members will provide a recap of the current year, ratify resort budgets for 2023 and preview the year ahead.
The meeting is open to all owners, however advance registration was requried. Attendees are asked to use Disney transportation to reach the Contemporary. Free parking will be provided at the Transportation & Ticket Center with shuttle buses to the convention center.

Following the meeting, Disney Vacation Club executives will make themselves available to meet with owners in attendance during a reception at the Contemporary.
