Many changes are planned for the 2020 Disney Vacation Club Condominium Association Meeting including cancellation of the informal members reception and the introduction of a video recap.
2019 Condominium Association Meeting at Disney's Contemporary Resort
The Annual Meeting for the Disney Vacation Club Condominium Association will take place Thursday December 10, 2020 at Walt Disney World. Members who wish to attend can RSVP for the meeting by signing on to DVCmember.com and completing a brief form.
To reach the RSVP form, click on "My DVC" on the top menu and go to "Condo Association News."
The 2020 annual meeting will be held in the convention center at Disney's Contemporary Resort. The Board of Directors meeting is scheduled to commence at 2:00pm with the Members Meeting to follow at approximately 2:10pm. The combined meetings last approximately one hour.
In years past, DVC has hosted an informal meet-and-greet with executives following the formal session. Due to COVID-19 safety guidelines, the reception will not be held this year. Attendees must also agree to a COVID-19 waiver, and agree to observe current facial covering and physical distancing rules.
For those unable to attend, a video recap will be posted to the members-only website shortly after the conclusion of the meeting. The recap will include information on resort budgets, upcoming changes to DVC resorts and other member experiences.
