Limited capacity remains for the second voyage of Disney Cruise Line's newest vessel--the Disney Wish--an exclusive for Disney Vacation Club members.
On July 19, 2022 the Disney Wish will set sail on a 3-night adventure to the Bahamas including a stop at Disney's private island Castaway Cay. The trip is an exclusive for DVC owners and space currently remains for those interested in joining.
Originally scheduled for June 14, the cruise was postponed 5 weeks due to manufacturing delays with the ship. Travelers were given the opportunity to cancel, contributing to the late openings. As of this writing, the DVC members-only website shows limited availablity in a variety of cabin types including Inside Stateroom, Stateroom with Verandah, Oceanview Stateroom and Concierge Stateroom. Specific category details are not provided.
Rates start at 177 reservation points or $1505 per person for a standard inside stateroom, based upon double occupancy. A $95 booking fee also applies. Given that the unique cruise opportunity is a DVC perk, owners must qualify for Membership Magic in order to book.
The cruise departs Port Canaveral on Tuesday, July 19 with one scheduled day at sea followed by a visit to Castaway Cay. The ship will return to port on Friday, July 22.
