The Disney Vacation Club members-only lounge will close early on two days in September 2021.
On Monday, September 27 and Tuesday, September 28 2021, the EPCOT member lounge will close at 4:00pm. This is a two hour reduction to the normal daily operating hours of 11:00am to 6:00pm. No specific reasons have been given for the early closure.
The EPCOT lounge is located on the second floor of the Imagination Pavilion. Eligible owners can show their member ID card at the podium located in the pavilion's gift shop to gain entry for their traveling party. The lounge provides owners with a semi-private space to relax, offering complimentary beverages and snacks, charging stations and wifi access. DVC Member Services advisors are also on hand to assist members.
The lounge debuted in 2016 as part of the 25th anniversary celebration of Disney Vacation Club. It's availability has been extended annually since opening. It is currently slated to remain available through the end of 2021. No announcements have been made regarding its status for 2022 and beyond.
