Reports are beginning to trickle in regarding Disney Vacation Club's new discounts that went into effect on June 16, 2009. Here is a rundown of what our sources have reported thus far.
It appears that DVC is making a renewed effort to sell points at the Animal Kingdom Villas, Saratoga Springs and the Grand Californian at the expense of the Bay Lake Tower. Discounts for the first three properties listed above have gotten even more attractive while Bay Lake Tower will cost buyers a bit more than it did just a few days ago.
The base price for all four properties is $112 per point. Here is a list of the per-point discounts being offered by resort and purchase level:
