Disney Vacation Club incentives stabilize for Disney's Riviera Resort, improve for Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas and a price increase hits one destination.
Disney's Old Key West Resort
Back in May 2021, Disney Vacation Club's direct incentives featured added discounts for buyers who purchased before August 4, and lower incentives between August 5 and September 8. A new purchase of 250 points at Disney's Riviera Resort netted an $18 per point discount through 8/5 and a $13 discount after.
DVC must be pleased with the response since the newest incentives are largely a continuation of those August rates.
Current discounts for Riviera are as follows:

The above discounts are reductions from the stated base rate of $201 per point. A first-time buyer purchasing 200 points at Riviera would pay a net rate of $190 per point ($201 base -$11 incentive) while an existing DVC member would pay $184 ($201 - $17) for the same number. Closing costs and other fees may apply.
Discounts are also available for Aulani , Disney Vacation Club Villas with incentives having improved a bit in this new round:

DVC also continues its recent pattern of offering discounts at select sold-out properties. New to the list are Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemprorary Resort and Disney's BoardWalk Villas. Base rates of $245 and $210 respectively are discounted by up to $18 for new buyers and $21 per point for existing members. Incentives also continue for Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas and Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows:

Base prices are currently $186 for Animal Kingdom, $245 for Bay Lake Tower, $210 for BoardWalk and $250 for Polynesian.
Disney's Old Key West Resort qualified for incentives throughout the summer. However, it has now been removed from the incentive list and hit with a $10 per point price increase. Four months ago 200 Old Key West points could be purchased direct for as little as $157 for new buyers and $154 for existing members. Today Old Key West is priced at a flat $180 with no incentives.
Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa was also removed from incentive eligibility, and is currently priced at $180 per point.
