Disney seems to be taking a year-by-year approach to this particular member perk but we now know it will stick around at least through 2014.

Pushing the 2014 S.S. Member Cruise up to the end of August appears to have increased interest among Disney Vacation Club members.  

Reservations for the 2014 S.S. Member Cruise will be accepted starting at 9:00am eastern on Sunday, November 3, 2013.  The 4-night cruise aboard the Disney Dream runs from August 24 - 28, 2014, and features two days at Disney's private island Castaway Cay.
