Registered participants can now view the "Behind the Grand Design" webcast, featuring a preview of the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
The webcast runs 14 minutes, 34 seconds and focuses mainly on the Grand Floridian villas. Host Samantha Brown takes viewers on walking tour of the construction site with looks at the Port Cochere, Grand Atrium Lobby and other noteworthy locations.
A few interesting details are revealed for the first time, including a look at the Mary Poppins-inspired lobby fountain and the two 45' lobby chandeliers.

Webcast viewers are also eligible for incentive pricing on Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas and Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas. Buyers of 160-319 points will receive a $500 Disney Gift Card while buyers of 320 or more receive a $1000 Disney Gift Card. These incentives are available only to viewers of the "Behind the Grand Design" webcast, and apparently can be combined with existing incentives which discount points up to $16 each along with free theme park tickets.
No incentives are offered on the Grand Floridian villas, which is currently priced at $150 per point.
All webcast viewers will also receive a complimentary Disney character lithograph. The lithograph is an exclusive design created especially for this event. Valued at $12.95, the litho is described as follows:
