Disney Vacation Club is reviving an old direct sales policy with its latest incentives:  time limited offers.

While the primary reason for buying any timeshare is to actually use the vacation time, Disney Vacation Club owners have long benefitted from a healthy resale market.  Continued demand for properties which are now more than 20 years old means that ownership can often be sold for rates which approach or exceed the original purchase.  But how exactly how well have some owners made-out when selling their points?  

In January 2015, Disney Vacation Development posted its best month for sales since July 2014. Led by very strong sales for the Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, 223,676 Disney Vacation Club points were sold in January, an increase of 56.5% when comparing sales for the same resorts in December 2014.

Only days remain to purchase ownership at Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows at the resort's introductory pricing.

All three resorts being actively marketed by Disney Vacation Club will soon sport identical prices.
