Disney Vacation Club Member Services and DVCMember.com will experience an interruption in normal service hours on Monday October 8 and Tuesday October 9, 2012.
Member Services and DVCMember.com will close at 5pm eastern on Monday October 8 for scheduled system maintenance. Both the call center and member website will remain unavailable until 1pm on Tuesday October 9.
During this period no reservations will be accepted. Member Services will be unavailable to field telephone inquiries and the online booking system will not be accessible. Members looking to make 7 month reservations for May 2013 or 11 month reservations for September should plan around the limited operating schedule.
No details have been revealed as to the nature of the system enhancements included in the upgrade.
