Disney Vacation Club's customer satisfaction score saw a steep decline in the first quarter of 2011.
According to research firm Market Metrix, the Disney Vacation Club overall rating declined to 87.7 for the quarter, down from 92.0 in the last quarter of 2010. The 1Q 2011 number is DVC's lowest quarterly score in nearly four years.
