...the new quick service dining location at Saratoga Springs' Paddock pool will be known as the Paddock Grill. The menu will feature burgers, fries and similar fare.
...construction on phase 2 of the Aulani resort in Hawai'i is ahead of schedule. Originally planned to open on December 29, 2011, the 130 villas in phase 2 will now debut on November 15, 2011. Phase 3 is scheduled to open in February 2013.

...the Orlando Sentinel published a story regarding area theme parks' attempts to attract teens for summer employment. Featured in the story is a local college student who will spend the summer working at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa.
