The sleeping configuration, bathroom layout and contract end date are just a few of the items detailed in the latest information on The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort.
Disney Vacation Club has released some new details regarding the seventeenth Disney timeshare resort.
The cabins' kitchen will feature a refrigerator, dishwasher, combination convection / microwave oven and 2-burner range. Adjacent to the kitchen is one vanity just outside the entrance to the bathroom. The bathroom itself contains a shower and a second vanity.
Each cabin will sleep up to 6 guests. The living space includes a 65" TV and one of the popular Inova fold-down Murphy Beds which converts from a sofa to a queen-size bed at night. The private bedroom contains a 55" TV and queen-size bed along with twin bunk beds.
Each morning you can draw the curtains back to reveal floor-to-ceiling windows and your own personal patio deck, where you can bask in the glories of nature while firing up the charcoal grill and dining al fresco.
Laundry facilities have not been referenced, thus it appears unlikedly that each cabin will have an in-room washer and dryer.
DVC also confimed that "some" of the cabins will be dog friendly. Guests will arrive via a "shingle-roofed check-in point" and each cabin will have its own dedicated parking space.
Watercraft service is provided to the Magic Kingdom. Bus service will be available to other parks and Disney Springs via the Settlement Outpost.

Guests of The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort are eligible to participate in Extended Evening Hours at the Disney theme parks.
Two pools will be available to guests. The Meadow Swimmin' Pool features a 67' water slide and a kids water play area. The Wilderness Swimmin' Pool provides a more laid-back experience for all ages, and includes a whirlpool spa. Other recreation includes archery and a variety of equestrian activities at the Tri Circle D Ranch. Fireworks can be viewed from the Clementine Beach, plus Chip 'n' Dale will are featured during the nightly Campfire Sing-A-Long.
The resort is expected to open in the summer of 2024. Disney Vacation Club was approved to sell the new timeshares back in October. No on-sale date has been revealed. Ownership in The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort will expire on January 31, 2075.
