On the morning of June 21, 2023, Disney Vacation Club members have a second opportunity to register for the July 11 Moonlight Magic event at Disney's Animal Kingdom.
Registration opens at 11:00am Eastern on Wednesday, June 21 for the July 11 Moonlight Magic at Disney's Animal Kingdom. The process utilizes a virtual queue to manage sign-ups. Members are advised to arrive in the waiting room prior to the designated start time. At 11am, all individuals in the waiting room will be assigned a random queue position. This queue position will determine whether or not the member can register for the event.

Early registration was held last week for guests who have hotel reservations on the night of the event. Advance registration is required in order to attend, and demand is expected to exceed capacity.
Moonlight Magic is a free after-hours event exclusivel for DVC members. The event includes complimentary admission to the theme park. Guests will be able to enjoy attractions like Avatar Flight of Passage and Expedition Everest with anticipated short wait times, unique character encounters, free snacks and more.
Any DVC member who qualifies for Membership Extras is eligible to register. Reservations may be made for a maximum party size of 5--the member plus 4 additional guests. The qualifying DVC member must be present during the event, and able to provide both their digital DVC member card and a photo ID.
A second Animal Kingdom event is planned for the night of August 2, 2023. General registration for that night will take place on July 19. Each member may only register for one Moonlight Magic session per theme park in 2023.
