As documented in yesterday's Disney Parks Blog, Disney Vacation Club has unveiled a new Preview Center located within the Downtown Disney shopping district.  The new location is a vast improvement over the previous sales location which guests would literally have to go out of their way to visit.  Nestled between the Disneyland Hotel and Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel, the original Preview Center is located on the opposite side of the Resort from Disneyland's two theme parks.

The new Preview Center is located on the western side of Downtown Disney, near the AMC Theaters and the highly popular Earl of Sandwich restaurant.  Literally thousands of guests will now walk past this storefront on a daily basis as they make their way between hotel and theme park or heading into Downtown Disney to shop or dine.

The Preview Center has been in "soft" openings for about two weeks now.  Per the Disney Parks Blog, the location is equipped to provide virtual tours of Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas

No model rooms are offered at the new Preview Center.  However the old sales location will remain open, providing interested buyers with an opportunity to tour the Aulani units first-hand.

Incidentally, about two weeks ago Disney Vacation Club finally received regulatory approval to begin marketing Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows within the state of California.  DVC had been unable to sell or even discuss its thirteenth destination with Disneyland guests and California residents due to a delay in approving the resort's timeshare license.  Those delays have now been ironed-out.

However, expect the Disneyland-based sales reps to remain focused on selling Aulani points.  Hawai'i is a popular destination for left-coasters and, as our recent sales update shows, DVC still has a long way to go before that resort will be sold-out.
