2016 Annual Dues statements now on member website

Financial News & Pricing

The 2016 Annual Dues statements are now available for viewing on the Disney Vacation Club members-only website.

To view and print your statement, owners can sign on to the DVC member website, click on the tab “My DVC Membership”, then click on “Annual Dues.” The statement displays the total amount due and breaks out the dues for 2016 operating expenses, 2016 reserves, and 2016 estimated property taxes.

If a member owns deeds for more than one DVC resort, the statement shows the expenses for each resort.

The Annual Dues statement also shows if an adjustment is necessary between the estimated 2015 property tax amount that was paid as part of the 2015 Annual Dues and the actual 2015 property tax amounts. If the actual 2015 taxes are less than what was paid, a credit will appear on the 2016 Annual Dues statement. If the actual 2015 taxes are more than originally estimated, then a debit will appear on the 2016 Annual Dues statement.

Members can also pay their 2016 Annual Dues by clicking on a link on the Annual Dues page. The deadline for paying Annual Dues is January 15, 2016, but payment is not considered past due until February 15, 2016.
