The latest direct purchase offer for points at Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas can save buyers more than 18% on their purchase. But a substantial investment is required in order to reach that level of discount.
The new incentive is being marketed as no annual dues for two years, with a credt of $14 per point included in all new Aulani purchases of 150 or more points and current member add-ons of 100 and up. Per-point credits are added to this discount--the more points purchased, the higher the credit.
The discounts top-off at $30 for new buyers and $31 per point for current owners adding-on. With a retail price of $165 per point, these discounts represent savings of 18.2% and 18.8% respectively.
Unfortunately, buyers need to purchase at least 1000 points at Aulani to see discounts of this magnitude--a purchase which will cost more than $135,000 after the incentives.
Introductory discounts start at $17 off each point for new owner purchases of 150 or more points. Current members can save $18 each when adding upward of 100 points at Aulani. Discounts do increase with the size of the purchase. See our Current Pricing & Promotions page for additional details.
