Sharket Timeshare Market Research has performed an evaluation of the resale strength of more than 1,400 timeshare properties. Disney Vacation Club locations performed very strongly in the analysis.
DVC properties claimed the top seven spots on Sharket's "saleability" scale which utilizes resale price and sales volume to rank properties' desirability. Disney's Sartoga Springs Resort & Spa tops the list with an annual sales count of 882 transfers and average price of $11,200 per contract. Coming in second is Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort with 408 transfers at an average of $15,600.
In all, Disney Vacation Club properties claimed 9 of the top 14 spots on Sharket's rankings. Eight timeshare properties received perfect Saleability Scores with 7 of them being DVC resorts.

The only DVC properties not represented on Sharket's Top 25 list are Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas, Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort and the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort.
