About 42.9% of the points sold for the Grand Floridian are in the April Use Year. The next most common Use Year is December, which accounts for about 11.6% of the points sold so far.

During October '13, Disney Vacation Development assigned Use Years to five more Units and started using those Units to support sales. There are only two Units -- 90B and 95C -- that have yet to be used to support sales and be assigned a Use Year.

Of the 324 Units at Animal Kingdom Villas that have been assigned Use Years, December is by far the most common, accounting for 32.4% of the resort's total points. The February Use Year is a distant second, accounting for 14.5% of Animal Kingdom Villas' points. April and September, with 6.95% and 6.97%, respectively, are the least common Use Years at this resort.

The sales data includes all eight DVC resorts at Walt Disney World, as well as Disney's Vero Beach Resort and Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort. Point sales data is not available for the Villas at Disney's Grand California Hotel or for Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas. The data is compiled from deeds filed by Disney Vacation Development and recorded with the Orange County (FL) Comptroller, the Indian River County (FL) Clerk of Court, and the Beaufort County (SC) Register of Deeds.
