Many aspects of a Disney Vacation Club resort stay are "included" in the cost and offered at no additional charge to guests. But what "included" really means is the costs are covered by all owners via annual dues. Examples include Internet service, Community Halls and resort activity programs, Disney's Magical Express, theme park transportation, self parking, laundry facilities, even operations of resort pools. All are funded by owners regardless of whether they choose to use the amenity or not.
