Disney Vacation Club villa occupancy limits can be quite confusing...particularly at many of the older resorts. At resorts such as Disney's BoardWalk Villas and Beach Club Villas, the maximum occupancy of a One Bedroom is officially listed as four guests and the rooms are only equipped to sleep four. Nevertheless, DVC will actually allow up to 5 guests of any age to be listed on the reservation for these resorts.
Meanwhile some members apparently ignore both the official and unofficial limits and will invite as many people as they wish to share their villa.
